YOU have the greatest impact and influence on your child's ability to sleep. To often we overlook that we need to help teach our children the skills to sleep. We teach them everything else, how to eat, use a knife and fork, talk, dress themselves, ride a bike and yet we just expect them to know how to fall asleep and know how much sleep they need.
Our little ones need US to guide and direct them into learning this skill as well. It is time to sleep people and that is why I am here.
