At first when I started the sleep training with Carly I thought, how is this going to work? For the first few days I'm not going to lie that there were times that me and my husband thought this isn't working let's go back to what we were doing before but after a few days or hard work and exhaustion my twins started to sleep 6pm until 6am again or even sleeping until 7am. It did take my son a lot longer to sleep through the night but my daughter slept solidly for 12 hours after 3 days. My son took the 2 weeks.
Before we started the sleep training I read every book and did everything and we couldn't see what we were doing wrong and why they were waking in the night. It got to a point where I needed my sleep and I was desperate for help! I am so glad I contacted Carly and now we have twins that go to bed easily and are more happy in the day. This really was the best thing we did and the hard work pays off! I'd highly recommend time to sleep consultancy.

My cry for help to Carly happened when my daughter turned 11 months. Having returned to work full time and working away I was beginning to feel exhausted and finding it hard to cope when Amelia decided that bedtime was not happening at 7pm but 9pm and we found ourselves resorting to anything to get her to sleep. This ranged from rocking, walking, feeding and driving her to sleep. Her dummy was no longer soothing her either and I was at the end of the road!
Who can survive on 4 hours broken sleep every night??? Not me!! 11 months is enough!
Carly was very approachable and best of all honest. Carly talked through real examples which included some of her own with her own children which made me feel more relaxed. She thoroughly discussed our current routines and then created and discussed a plan with us taking consideration to ask us how we felt along the way and what methods we would like to use. Carly got my partner behind this too and spoke with him several times about our progress.
Carly was on hand and gave encouragement and support along the way. She looked over our daily details log and made further advice where necessary. Amelia adapted very well , not only did we start sleep training but we took away her dummy (her best friend for the past 11 months!). On night three Amelia slept all night! A solid 11 hours and has done for the past 2 weeks and all without her dummy.
I can't tell you how much this has changed our lives and it has given us back some ME time and more sleep! I wish I'd done it sooner.

IT WORKS!! Simple!
We have 13 month old twins who would both wake up... every 2-3 hours at night for a bottle, this means we got up 8-10 times each night... After 13 months and countless discussions with health visitors, I had had enough! Nothing seemed to work. I knew something had to be done but I thought the transition from that to sleeping even a bit longer would be awful and painful.. It wasn't! I never imagined by night 3 both babies were sleeping from 7-7! No bottles no waking every 2-3 hours! Just sleep!
We can't thank Carly enough for her help and guidance through everything. And it really wasn't hard or painful at all, we just needed the right plan and the right tools to do it! Our babies now LOVE to sleep! They know when it's sleep time and they can't wait! I feel this has been life changing both for them and us! I'm so glad I asked for the right help from the right person! It works! It works! It works! Thank you!!

When I first got in contact with Carly, I hadn't slept for more than two hours in a row for almost 8 months! I was sleep deprived, anxious, and totally frustrated. Although he was a good daytime napper, my 8 month old son would not sleep for more than 2-3 hours at a stretch at night.
Right from our first communication via email, Carly was confident that she could help and even though she is in England and we are in Canada, she was certain that she could provide the support I needed to get my son to sleep. I was not disappointed. In our consultation phone call, Carly was professional and clearly outlined a sleep plan that I was comfortable with. She answered all of my questions respectfully without judgment and she also shared some of her own experience teaching her two young children to sleep, so I felt reassured by her ability to relate to my situation. Most importantly, Carly was enthusiastic about the sleep plan she had created for us and had faith in my ability to execute it.
From the other side of the world, Carly checked in on me and my little one everyday, asking for details so that she could make adjustments to the plan if needed. Her care and dedication to us and our process gave me confidence and relieved the anxiety I had been experiencing about my son's poor sleep habits.
I implemented the plan immediately and was so pleased with how quickly my son adjusted to his new routine. I saw an improvement the very first night and after only 3 nights I no longer needed to go into my son's room after putting him to bed. On night 7, my little one slept through the night!
We are now almost a month in and my little one has slept 11-12 hours every single night - bliss! I can't emphasize more strongly how positive my experience with Carly was. My only regret is that I didn't contact her (much) sooner!

Where do I start. I honestly didn’t see how it could work. I had been sleep deprived for a SERIOUSLY long time! I still have to pinch myself now sometimes to believe that Sophia now sleeps 11-12 hours every night and naps are so much better – they actually happen. I didn’t realise how much it was affecting our family until we were out the other side.
Sophia had never been a great sleeper but it was getting worse and I was living my life on autopilot. I just did not know how to get her to SLEEP and stay asleep. When I contacted Carly I was a little emotional to say the least and after the call I felt certain something had to change – crying to a stranger at the time was a low point. Carly was so calm and reassuring and really made me feel confident that we could get Sophia sleeping- although I didn’t know how! She was also very honest that it was a process and together we would get through it and look back on that call and smile.
Carly and I communicated daily and she guided us through the whole thing. George and I now sleep in the same bed again and Sophia in her room. Thank you Carly for your understanding, support and most of all helping us get our family functioning again. You have made a HUGE difference in our lives.
